A Message From Antoine
Hello all. Thanks for visiting my site. I want to start a website to motivate fellow bodybuilders, help them with their goals and responds to their questions. I also want to get out there so people can see the progress I am making. Want to find out a bit more about the man behind the muscle? Then read the bio below.

How you started working out?
I started by doing hockey for 8 year. Then I transitioned to MMA, and after that, to bodybuilding. I started doing pushups and concentrated curls at home for couple of months. Then I decided to go to a gym to push my limits even further. I gained 30 pounds in one month and I knew this was meant for me.

How did you become interested in doing bodybuilding competitions?
I think it was when I saw the Olympia 2003 issue of Muscular Development. The guys were so impressive that as soon as I stepped in the gym for the first time I already had the idea of competing.
What are some of your bodybuilding goals?
I would like to win a pro card, make magazine covers, and make a training DVD
What are some of your goals outside bodybuilding?
I would like to achieve a degree at university, and have kids and a nice family.
What are your goals for the 2011 season?
I’m now preparing for the Arnold Classic Amateurs and the goal will be to step onstage at 240 in shredded condition, and win the show.
